Preparing for a night on the Town Sadley this picture includes the last photo of Jed Hammond(finger up his nose). Jed was killed that night by a hit and run driver, walking back to camp with Martin "Smelly" Smale. Not forgotten by those who Knew him. Also Ian Morton (Stood in Front of Jed) i am informed is no longer with us. Ian was nick-named "Scouse" he was posted to the Squadron in 1976 from Cove,He had been a Drill Pig! so he should be reconised and remembered by a lot of ex-sappers |
